Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited and restricted activities on Wensor Cloud infrastructure to preserve platform security, availability, and legal compliance.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our services to engage in, facilitate, or distribute:

  • Unauthorized access, credential theft, or privilege escalation.
  • DDoS attacks, amplification services, or botnet-related activity.
  • Malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing pages, or exploit kits.
  • Illegal content distribution, fraud operations, or deceptive schemes.
  • Spam campaigns or abusive automated traffic that degrades service quality.

3. Security and Abuse Response

We may apply temporary filters, rate limits, null routing, service suspension, or account termination when abuse risk is detected. Actions may be immediate where urgent mitigation is required.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must maintain secure credentials, patch hosted software, safeguard endpoints, and promptly respond to abuse notifications from Wensor Cloud.

5. Reporting Abuse

Abuse reports can be submitted to abuse@wensor.cloud. Include timestamps, source/destination details, logs, and any relevant evidence.

6. Enforcement

Violations may lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination. Severe or repeated abuse may be escalated to relevant legal authorities.
