Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 7, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using services provided by Wensor Cloud LLC (“Wensor Cloud”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Service Level Agreement.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including API usage and delegated user access.
3. Service Scope
Wensor Cloud provides infrastructure services such as dedicated game hosting, VPS, bare metal compute, and network security protections. Service features may evolve over time. We may modify, add, or discontinue service components where reasonably required for reliability, security, or compliance.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful behavior, including:
- Launching, facilitating, or proxying denial-of-service attacks.
- Distributing malware, spyware, ransomware, or phishing infrastructure.
- Hosting content or operations that violate applicable law.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, data, or credentials.
- Activities that materially disrupt network integrity or customer safety.
Violations may result in suspension, traffic filtering, content removal, or account termination without prior notice where necessary to protect infrastructure or comply with legal obligations.
5. Billing, Renewals, and Refunds
Services are billed in advance on recurring cycles unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for renewals, add-ons, overages, and taxes. Refunds are discretionary except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
6. Availability and SLA
Availability commitments and service credits are governed solely by the Service Level Agreement. SLA credits are your exclusive remedy for covered availability events.
7. Data, Backups, and Security
While we operate security controls and infrastructure safeguards, you remain responsible for your application-layer security, credential hygiene, and backup strategy unless managed backup services are explicitly included in your plan.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, policy violations, legal risk, or infrastructure threats. You may cancel at any time through your account portal. Data retention windows after termination are defined by product policy.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis except as explicitly stated in an SLA or signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wensor Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of Wensor Cloud’s principal place of business, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
