2. Security Controls

Our platform includes layered network protections, access controls, monitoring, and operational safeguards designed to reduce abuse risk and preserve service integrity.

3. Abuse Prevention

We actively monitor for abuse indicators and may apply mitigations such as traffic filtering, temporary restrictions, or emergency controls when infrastructure or customer safety is at risk.

4. Vulnerability Reporting

Security researchers may report vulnerabilities to security@wensor.cloud. Please include reproduction details and impact assessment. We review valid reports promptly.

5. Incident Response

For confirmed incidents, we follow documented triage and containment procedures, notify affected customers when required, and publish relevant remediation updates when appropriate.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers share responsibility for secure configuration, software patching, credential management, and lawful operation of workloads deployed on Wensor Cloud.
